My story

• My Why for helping the farmer with an SPCC Plan comes from my 14 years of Agriculture Non-UL Tanks (AG Tank) sales to farmers. I had heard about the SPCC rule in 2010, but I also heard that it was not in effect yet (incorrect), so I had no interest in finding out what was entailed. Then my wife and I drove through a blizzard to Missoula, MT to attend a lecture on SPCC and I learned that I had been selling “a liability” to farmers instead of an AG Tank. I decided to see if I could right some wrongs by putting together a Virtual lecture on the SPCC Plan and consult with farmers across the nation though the technical tools now available: GPS, Smart Phones, Screen Sharing, Email, Zoom, Internet, text, Video Phone, etc.
